Check AP High Court Case Status online

The Andhar Pradesh State High court launched a new website http://hc.ap.nic.in for the citizens who want to check status of cases registered with Andhra Pradesh High Court Online. Users can check case status either by S.R. number, main number, Party name, lower court number, petition number, advocate, category or subject, case number. Information about S.R. status and CD status is also available.

The users can get daily cause lists and final hearing list by selecting date in online. Here am providing the detailed instructions to check their cases status in online.

S.R. STATUS:
you can know the S.R. Status by S.R. Number or Advocate Code.

• If you want to know the S.R status on S.R. Number you need to click on S.R. Number link then select S.R. Type from the drop down list and enter your S.R. Number and S.R. Year  Click on Submit Button.
• If you want to know the S.R. Status on given Advocate Code you need to click on Advocate Code link then you need to enter Advocate Code and from date and to date and click on submit Button.

CASE STATUS :
You can know the Case Status by MAIN/S.R. NO. or Party Name or M.P. Number or Lower Court Number or Category/Subject or Advocate.

• If you want to know the case status on MAIN/S.R. NO you need to click on MAIN/S.R. NO. link and enter your Main/ S.R. Type , Main / S.R.No. and year and finally Click on submit button.
• If you want to search for a case on given party name you need to enter your party name and party type and year finally click on submit button.
• If you want to search for a case on given petition number you need to enter your petition type and petition number and petition year finally click on submit button.
• If you want to search for a case on Lower Court number you need to enter Lower Type and Number and Year finally click on submit button.
• If you want to search for a case status on given Category Name you need to enter Category Name and Year finally click on submit button.
• If you want to search for a case status on given Advocate Name you need to enter Advocate Name and Year finally click on submit button.

If you want know the Advocate Number you need to click on Advocate Code link and enter Advocate Name and click on submit Button.If you want to know Vakalath Details of given case number you need to enter case type and number and year and click on submit button.

CD STATUS:
you can know the CD status on C.D. Number or Case Number or Advocate Code.

• If you want to know the case details on a given CD Number you need to enter C.D. TYPE, C.D. NO., C.D. YEAR and click on submit button.
• If you want to know the C.D status on given case number you need to enter case type , number and year click on submit button.
• If you want to know the C.D status on Advocate Code you need to enter Advocate Code and click on Submit Button.
