HTC
One of the most transparent manufacturers in recent times is HTC. HTC had a good reputation in consumers by keeping up to date Android 4.4 updates. HTC had include the HTC One Google Play Edition, Unlocked model and Developers Edition for the Latest Android 4.4 updates. HTC had announced that all the U.S. carrier models of the HTC One should update to Android 4.4 by the end of beginning month of this year. Android 4.4 which is available in HTC models had its own brand software. HTC has confirmed that the other devices of it also must be updated with Android 4.4. The HTC Droid DNA is expected to update with this version by the first quarter of the year. The HTC One Max and HTC One Mini are also confirmed for Android 4.4 updates. HTC has not yet revealed an exact update time line for these devices.
LG
LG is not yet leaked any updates about the Android 4.4 update plans. It has largely remained silent about the latest version of Android. French carrier SFR originally announced that the LG G2 would be updated to Android 4.4 with in first quarter of this year. Yet it has been not reveled by LG, but uncertainly it is known that LG G2 model may receive the actual update of Android 4.4.
Motorola
Motorola had lost its grip on the market of mobile world. After a long period Motorola had confirmed that its reputation begins to continue in the market. Android 4.4 KitKat update is the update which has been received by Motorola device. As said, the DROID MAXX, DROID Ultra, DROID Mini as well Moto G and Moto X updated to Android 4.4. Devices remaining to update include the Motorola Droid Razr HD, Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD, Motorola Atrix HD, Motorola Electrify M and Motorola Droid Razr M (Developer Edition). Android 4.4 update details have not yet been released by Motorola.
Samsung
As we all know Samsung devices are the most selling devices in the Market of mobile world. It is also very famous for its updating versions of Android. Android 4.4 KitKat is the latest version of Android, although Samsung devices are the most debatable as the Korean manufacturer has not yet revealed any rollout plans for its current devices. Presently running Android 4.4 is only available in Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition. It has been leaked that Samsung is being tested for the Android 4.4 update for the Samsung Galaxy devices for the lower and mid range consumers. Samsung Galaxy devices that are including the Galaxy Ace 3, Galaxy S3 Mini, Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy Ace 2, Galaxy Core, Galaxy S Advance, Galaxy Fresh and Galaxy Fame.
Sony
Sony is also in the process of Android updates. Some of its higher-end devices of Sony manufacturer having rolled out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean recently. Sony confirmed Xperia ZL, Xperia Z, Xperia Z Ultra, Xperia Tablet Z and Xperia Z1 devices for Android 4.4 updates. However, the Japanese manufacturer has not yet revealed any specific rollout dates.
